Trump reschedules Tulsa rally amid criticism over Juneteenth date

Oklahoma State Representative responds to former President Trump holding a rally in Tulsa Oklahoma around Juneteenth given the city’s cultural history of being home to the Tulsa Race Massacre.

“In reality, it was due to the outcry of disdain around the nation. His actions confirm that his black and brown supporters were an afterthought due to the color of their skin,” she said in statement reported by the Oklahoman.
