On the last Sunday of Black History Month, Oklahomans celebrated the trailblazers who pushed for change.

Rep. Ajay Pittman, (D)- Oklahoma City, said this is the time to empower the younger generations.
“Young people like me aren’t afraid to say ‘I am Black History’,” Rep. Pittman said. “We are leading now. Our voices are powerful now. We have to know where we came from to know where we are going.”
